Instructions:

  1. Rinse the mackerel fillets and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or pan over medium heat.
  5. Grill the mackerel for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the skin is crispy.
