Instructions:

  1. Cut the napa cabbage into quarters and sprinkle salt between the leaves. Let it sit for 2 hours.
  2. Rinse the cabbage under cold water and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, sugar, and pepper flakes, and add the drained cabbage and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pack the mixture tightly into a jar and let it ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days before refrigerating.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions:

This simple yet tasty dish highlights the natural flavors of fresh spinach, seasoned with sesame and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately transfer to ice water to cool.
  2. Drain the spinach and squeeze out excess water.
