Instructions:

  1. Cut the napa cabbage into quarters. Dissolve salt in water and soak the cabbage in the brine for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cabbage, then mix the remaining ingredients together to create a paste.
  3. Rub the paste all over the cabbage and pack it tightly into a jar. Allow it to ferment at room temperature for 1-2 days, then store in the refrigerator.

2. Korean Spring Rolls (Yachae Mandu)

Ingredients:

  • 10 sheets of rice paper
  • 1 cup finely shredded napa cabbage
